STUPIDEST REASON YOU WERE KICKED FROM FIRETEAM
What was the stupidest reason you were kicked from a Fireteam? I'll share a story:
I joined into Hard Mode Warpriest and there was these guys who were around 302-308. I said "What's Up?" When I joined. I was the told from a squeaker that I was a noob. I had a few King's Fall raid emblems (check Warlock) and gear so I replied "Check my gear, bro." The squeaker never bothered and kicked me after telling me, and I quote, "Shut the F**k up you noob!"

I knew what to do, had done it the week before no problem, just had bad luck in drops. We ran once. I was on front left pillar. Ran first relic run just fine. Second run came, one of the 2 mid guys dies. Remaining mid guy runs away and leaves me and other front pillar to deal with ogre. (We were all shooting the ogres to help, just like standard protocol) We down the ogre and suddenly *guardian down* relic runner gets mobbed by both back ogres. Other ogre killer dies, and the other 2 jump off the edge. I follow suit, since it was a wipe. Right when we load up to try again... *booted from fireteam* "Sorry man, we gotta cut you loose. You aren't doing enough damage to the ogres." I was sniping ogres with Black Hammer (didn't have a 1000 yard stare that was worth a damn, and this was before the Black Hammer light drop patch) I was a Sunsinger, so death wasn't a problem for me. I was booted for not being nearly 310. Had one 309, 3 308s, a 307, and me, a 306. Kicked after one failure. And it wasn't even my failure. It was one of the 308s. I went and found another group right after that. Completed it with a 304 in tow, and our highest light person was only 307. Took us 4 tries. The 304 was the only one that didn't know how to do it. Just needed to find the rhythm. Turns out the group I was in before was still searching for another member. Kept seeing the person's posts in KF recruitment things. Wasn't trying to stalk him, was trying to find another guy to run it again. One of the guys left since it was his 3rd completion for the week. This was probably about the 3rd week after King's Fall Heroic was available.

And in every group I was the only one alive most of the time, and every group harass me for not communicating and kick me. The kicker? I'm deaf. I told all of them I'm deaf and still get harass

3 RepliesEdited by NickzOR: 3/7/2016 4:32:50 PMWell I was with a really good raid team one day and started the hard fresh raid and we got up to Gologoroth (it was golgoroth challenge that week) with no deaths/wipes in about 30 mins or less, everything was going so smooth, then all of a sudden people started handing out numbers for people to take the gaze then they were saying "hello Nickzor? Where's this Nickzor guy?" Turns out the whole time they couldn't hear me talking but I thought they could, I was like trying to tell them I'd take number 4 but no one could hear me, then they concluded they'd have to boot me because I had NAT/mic issues, then about a minute after I got booted I realised I had muted my mic a minute into the raid because I was eating chips and never remembered to un-mute the mic, LOOOOL It was entirely my fault, I wasn't salty or anything because I though if I had Mic issues then fair enough, but I was salty as fck towards my own stupidly lol

SO I cheesed to Abyss (for time), cheesed the bridge (for time), bubbled Blessing of Light in Hall of Thrall, Deathsinger I killed her wizards with G-Horn and the Shriekers then got into easy spot and Black Hammer'd her to death. Then at Crota (I'm running sword) I pull out my G-Horn and down him and go up there and end him. (Not completely) After finishing it in under 30 min, we were going to do it on our second characters but they kicked me when in orbit and sent me a message saying you went too fast. Story Over

Yr 1 I could never get a fire team together for the raids so I would use lfg I would get kicked for having a better shader or ship than the leader I played solo alot so I had good gear

In the end I didn't get kicked but worth the read: I was once about to be kicked from my first Crota run because of one incident (I was doing well. Nothing bad I learned quickly) while others were making bigger mistakes, but before they could find somebody else, the fireteam leader lagged out. Now guess who became the new fireteam leader? That was my first Crota run.

I was 290 light and was doing a nightfall with some randoms and was kicked because 10 higher light than recommended is too low even though I've completed many nightfalls before

Not having touch of malice even though you need to beat the raid at least once to get it (ignorant fckrs). Helping explain a part of the raid easier than the fire-team leader was (someone still didn't get it and there were chunks unexplained). Asking which strategy the team was using for Oryx (there's a lot of strategies). Being HIGHER light level and/or having better weapons. (... I don't get it either). Having an exotic someone didn't have. Getting an exotic from the exotic chest. (List goes on...) Yea. I've been here a minute.
