My crush for 9 years (cousin actually)

Well, i was already thinking about her so...Anyway! She. Is. Amazing. I have literally, not met anyone that makes me feel this way. She's funny beautiful, smart. I love her so much. But A few weeks ago, (About a month, valentine's day week) we went to a concert. It was her, one of her friends, and one of my friends (For the duration of this test, Foundation Agents friend will be referred to as 'T', his 'Special Interest's name as 'A' and her friend as 'J'). So , T, A and all know each other, T and i didn't know J. So, she introduced us to J and we all got seats together at, said concert. Then things were gonna happen. Basically, i had this plan, right? I had a necklace specially made for her. Her favourite color and all, and i had planned on giving to her on valentine's day, or if all went well, at the Concert we were attending. So, towards the end of the Concert, A and J had to go, but T and i, had to wait untill the end because my other group of friends were here as well, and we were gonna meet up afterwards, and they were gonna meet A and all, so...anyway A had to go and i was planning on doing something. Something big Something drastic Something that was going to let A know that i was serious about [i]us[/i]. This is it. It's time. Before she left i got to talk to her a little. I kissed her and we went our separate ways. It was the best moment of my life and T, who saw the whole thing, gave me all the approval. I was sure to give her that necklace on v-day! But everything changed when the fire nation- i mean.... Then everything changed. The next day i received a text from A basically saying that she didn't want me to get the wrong idea. And recently, she's seeming more intrested in me. Maybe im falling for the same things, again, or maybe she's serious this time. And that's the rundown of the girl im still currently thinking about. Wow, I thought of her. An amazing girl, we talk a lot but stopped for a while. Almost a month ago on Valentine's day, she texted me at around 23:00 (11:00). We started talking and got on the topic of valentines. Her's was her dog and mine was my couch. I ended up being her legitimate valentine. We've been talking ever since. One time we were talking and movies came up. I asked her if she wanted to see one and she started suggesting a date. Now in about 2 or so weeks I'm taking her to see Batman V. Superman. She also started hinting to me with things such as sitting super close when we hang out, calling me cute on a few occasions, and one time blew me kisses on Snapchat. I haven't asked her out and I'm not quite sure what to do, should I do it? I think I should but I'm not exactly sure... I'm pretty confident though.
