Pocket without a doubt. Not many people experienced is glory because at the time exotics were rare. It was nerfed fast.
Plan C is good. But not that good.

Meh my vote goes to original Plan C. I'd have my gun out charged up and fired and you dead 30 feet away before you even got half way thru your charge. OGPC was a monster in its hay day
