The vendor one is good.

It says it carries 2 shells. So tripod to me isn't a big priority, though it's nice. Much prefer tracking with cluster or spray and play

It's a good pve launcher for solar nightfall. It's awful for pvp

For pve I can't think of any better, pvp is different though.
