1.5+ KD and 1600+ ELO
Recently I've noticed that the requirements people are demanding to start a group are ridiculous. 1600+ ELO? That's unrealistic for many players. 1.5+ KD? Come on, how many people are gonna come by with such good stats?
Edit: to people taking this as a chance to say I'm bad, my ELO is 1200 in trials and my flawless run wasn't a carry. I'm not a bad player, nor am I a good one. Im a casual who carries his own weight.

In trials i got a 0.72 and 1200 elo, im bad, so 1600 and that hard to get

That's pretty easy to get. I'm 1600 ELO and average at best in pvp.

You can also have a terrible ELO with a 2.0 kd because you are the only one who does the work for your crappy teammates.
