What they really should had nerfed was the Stormcallers. You have to admit, they are op as -blam!-. They kill three enemies at once, and has a large range. Takes to hammers to kill them and by the time u recharge, u are dead. Sunbreakers were the victims.

4 RepliesLet me tell you where your point failed. Warlocks are seen to be the most balanced class these days, and boast that they have remained unchanged since Y1. They have a strong neutral game with one subclass and a strong balanced game with another subclass (Sunsinger and Voidwalker). See what's missing from that? A super with a strong super game, and that's where Stormcallers come in. Just like sun breakers, their subclass revolves around their super heavily. In PVP their neutral game is sub-par due to their lack of good grenades, so of course their super would be hard to deal with. Its all they've got. I main warlock, and I can tell you that Stormcaller isnt OP. It's just that everything around got nerfed before it, so it seems OP because its the only one left. The only true problem is Transcendence and that's because of how much time it adds. That is what I think needs TWEAKING, not a nerf. Please stop crying nerf at every corner and turn. Soon enough, this community will run the pvp experience straight into the ground. Instead of asking for nerfs, ask for buffs across the board to make everyone equally overpowered. Now that, would make PvP fun

Transcendence is op. Also landfall should only kill or blind. Not both. And it shouldn't pop a bubble.

I'm in the process of leveling up my Warlock, finally. I'm maybe a third of the way through the Stormcaller subclass. I took it for a spin this morning in clash for my daily allowance. Used the subpar gear I had on my character and my unleveled armor. I did ok. We lost 10k to 9.8k. I broke even with a 1.0 k/d, which considering my loadout and lack of unlocked abilities, I'll call that a successful experiment. I'm had my Super three times. Pop'd once, instantly Titan smashed. Pop'd it again. Instantly Titan smashed. Pop'd it a third time. Traded with a Bladedancer (I thought Landfall would kill him outright - nope! - and there might've been lag).

I've been saying since September, transcendence is broken as balls. I don't know anyone who disagrees with that

Your ability to actually type "you" instead of "u" is OP. Stormcallers aren't OP. Bungie nerfed everything else into the ground.

2 RepliesTheir shields were ninja nerfed. Next time you see one coming, pop him in the head a few times with primary or once with a sniper. It shouldn't be too hard since they don't maneuver laterally very well.

1 ReplyHell yeah. I'm bad as hell at pvp but with my storm caller I've been averaging a 2.5 kd. Just save super for the heavy and wreck everyone that thinks they want some. Monte Carlo and thunder strike. If they leave my Monte Carlo range I know my melee well still reach and kill and give my grenade back. Throw storm grenade. get kill. Melee full again. So easy to destroy everything. Fun fun fun

.....I give it a month before people start complaining hunters are OP. Then the next nerf will be on every super activation for hunters, they kill themselves. Not even an explosion to kill enemies. They just stab themselves and die. That definitely sounds like it's fair. Y'all agree?

Warlocks where always the class to be less used even in the VoG times the number of warlocks went lower when DBL launched also in HoW they lost also only their self ress made them useful in prison or in trials but that the old activities where relevant made a lot of warlocks and titans switch to the hunters TTK launched some hunters and warlocks left to become sunbreakers after the Nerf they still use it as their class because of its usefulness in pve and pvp hunters where the same warlocks now get to shine in a whole year of destiny people being mad at having a one shot melee that only comes ones maby twice with Max strength or with claws of ahamkara and the Firebolts Viking funeral mix not a lot of people used this in the whole year for a reason the nerfs (I have known about this class setup at launch) I used it only a few times myself nothing giving you that OP feeling tho.. Now to voidwalkers it was most likely the least use subclass I've seen in year 2 and the nothing manacles nerf didn't fixed it or gave people a reason to use it I have fallen in love in this subclass again but still a OP exotic would help also because the ram got nerfed it's still used but not as in/famous as it was now back to stormcaller we don't have the best grenades you could say but it's great to weaken a crowd when used right [spoiler]I can use the grenade pretty well if I can say that about myself [/spoiler] also a lot people get mad about the stormcaller/ transcendence perk I for one think it's pretty good with ionic blink and gives the person the choice to use their super or not in some moments in battle that could result in a wipe or a life saver for in a team some get mad about our melee range but titans got shoulder charge and hunters a smoke bomb/throwing grenade the range of the melee could counter that when you used a shotgun and it didn't killed him great in those moments and I like to state one thing hunters and titans have decreased the amount of warlocks so this could be a gift for those who kept loyal to their first class

I main hunter, literally next to nothing wrong they have just the right damage resistance. Maybe a tiny time decrease but that's literally all, not that OP.
