Why isn't any one talking about the Vex Mythoclast?
The Vex Mythoclast is the best exotic in Destiny. It has such a unique design and is just so bad ass. Those of you who beat Atheon back in the day and were grinding for 30 can attest to the greatness of the Vex. It was the first exotic that actually felt exotic to me. It was a monster in the crucible. And the fact that it came from the raid and was just a fusion rifle primary and sounded so amazing when it shoots made it THE loot drop to grind for. Just damn. Those were the days, before Gjallarhorn became a crutch. Before Blackhammer.
It's a shame that Bungie has just thrown this gem of weapon creation, the weapon that embodies everything of what it means to be an original Destiny player, is just thrown to the wayside to rot in everyone's Vault. It has been broken for months and probably will never be fixed. Its history is even more confusing. It is 100% the best raid exotic (let's not even talk about Nechrocasm now). Whether you pushed Atheon off or actually beat him legit and you got the Vex drop, it was arguably the best part of Destiny. I remember my first drop for Atheon was Vex, Helmet, Vision of Confluence. But all I cared about was the Mythoclast.

It is still awesome, i used it in crimson doubles so much fun and it wrecked!

Bungie has nerfed vex so many times because its a fusion. And after every update they say "oops we forgt the vex is a fusion so it also got changes" EVERY TIME

Yeah it really just needs it's accuracy and stability to be made independent of the fusion rifle nerfs.

I've always preferred Necro to Vex. The effect has always been just so damn satisfying.

People already talked about it, we got ignored. Don't understand why they'd leave these behind. Could you imagine a Y2 Vex, with a new black skin. Make it pre nerf and omg people would run VOG in hopes to get one.

It is definitely one of the coolest looking exotics, and probably the most unique one.

I tried it,in pvp the other day, it's complete shyt. Its a shame because it was fun and unique.

When that time is over, everyone can look back and lament the great times they had. This is why there will never be balance. Bungie doesn't want it. They want a meta. And that is precisely what is happening.

the vex is the one exotic that got left behind that i really miss the most. more so than ghorn and icebreaker. if you bring back one old exotic bungie please make it the vex.

The best? No no no that gun use to be a God damn legend 3 shot headshot 4 shot body shot 52 rounds this gun was the definition of godly before it was nerfed it could clean a room of gaurdians out faster then you could blink. It has turned into a trophy because that's what it deserves a place on a -blam!-ing wall encased in glass with lights shinning down upon it and the voice of an angel singing upon it.
