Why have that just for snipers? Mida you ads, if you're shot at you descope? The physical act of going to ads is exactly the same for any gun regardless of archetype, you just dont like that it one shots I'm assuming?

I would totally take the same penalty to scout rifles if it meant snipers got it too. Any other gun archetypes, and you risk heavily crippling them into dust.
