Please bring back the blue flame in the head after NF
Its ok if theres no XP boost as long as the flame is there. The tower is to dull without it

I do miss the flaming head but I'd prefer a brighter flame like red or green this way EVERYONE Knows your Awesome. as for the XP boost honestly I'd rather have a glimmer, material and Legendary mark booster or at least increase the chance of rare loot dropping perhaps a dmg boost against enemies of the darkness until reset or something also if coins and three of coins are in the loot table the amount needs to be in the higher double digits to make it even remotely useful as a reward also No do Not bring back that going back to Orbit sh-t that was fricking infuriating and stupid try soloing Omnighoul without dying back in yr one because no one was ever on it's Not fun and unpleasantly difficult especially with no burn and every modifier set against you.(I only pulled it off because of my old Ice Breaker and Vision of Confluence my reward was a dpn't touch me and a Thunderlord from a heavy engram it was the first and only time I ever got two exotics at once solo. I almost cried since the I.B. and Gjallarhorn were the only two exotics I owned at that point now I have most of them

(Or simply start from the beginning rather than go back to orbit.) 3) Return XP boost. 4) Return blue flame!!! 5) Return max level rewards. 6) Fire the idiot that took these things away. This will make Nightfall relevant again. But we need every single bullet point to make it work. Edit: R 6448 had an idea to simply start from the beginning rather than being returned to orbit like year 1. This would save time in loading.

1 ReplyThere isn't any way to see which character you've already done the nightfall with either. No blue flame, the advisor on the forums just shows the modifiers, and highlighting it on the map doesn't show completed or not. I really wish they would fix it. And the blue flame was awesome. I feel like my guardian is half naked without it.

7 RepliesI think they thought that people felt that NOT having the flaming head was a bad thing and that along with the XP boost it added to the "requirement" to run the Nightfall ASAP after reset. TBH I want the boost and the rep and the flaming head back... They WERE the rewards. Getting a decent drop was a sideshow, and once you have everything the drops were valueless. Even more now that they drop at RNG light levels.

Heck. I'd even settle for a good drop from NF. The last good drop I got from NF was 18 strange coins (ya, odd number), about 2 months ago.

12 RepliesEdited by LUISESARTE: 2/17/2016 4:15:39 PMI used to look at those guardians having it and I said wow he made it. he must have a fireteam!.....that's when nightfall where nightfall, hard and rewarding, with strategies or cheese's but it worth the effort. .... now is anything but thrilling.... that flame should be seen after completing a raid even with a different color from each raid!
