Should I let my 10 year daughter have Instagram ?
My 10 year old daughter thinks she should have Instagram I don't even have Instagram and I'm 32 i vote hell no

Just let her know about the dangers of the media and check her profile once a week if you feel safer that way. And just have in mind that is more weird that an old boy like you still plays video games than your 10 year old has Instagram. And just to let you know [spoiler]"hell no" is not an option. I mean, if she has a phone I don't see the problem in letting her get it. If she gets overly obsessed with it then it's likely a problem with her self-control abilities, not because social media is an abomination.

Dude absolutely not. There should be no reason a 10 year old girl has any form of social media unless you want her on her phone 24/7. Social media is also a cruel place, no place for aren year old. Just look at offtopic: would you want a ten year old girl on here? Besides, nothing you post on the internet will ever truly go away so anyone can see anything.
