FINALLY The Special Ammo Nerf We Need
I'm glad they are trying to move pvp towards primary weapon gun play. Good move Bungie

It's funny cause this is only 3v3. And for ToO you know damn well that skilled players are going to be using NLB.

All these nerfs are getting annoying I'm really about done with this game I'm tired of all these useless nerfs when you ha e more glaring holes such as lack of content and lag

...all these changes to special ammo, why? Because on one weapon that actually belongs in the heavy weapon slot. Yeah I'm talking about snipers, the only gun that can one shot u other than a heavy from almost any range and almost all situations even if ur spraying nothing but crits and still manage to one shot u. Instead of bing penalized for missing they are reearded with massive, almost 90 percent or more damage to the body..like thats at all fair. Snipers put up 4-600 or more in the crucible and the only other gun that I know of that does numbers like that is the sleeper. It's being used as a primary and being over used and is really messing up the experience for a lot of people including themselves. There is no better feeling than getting into a mid to close range firefight with a weapon that takes more shots to kill and letting ur opponent know that "u" are the better gun and I didn't crouch down on the other and of the map way out of radar range to kill u. I killed u straight up right here where u can see me. And I have much respect for a man that beats me one on one in a firefight, especially if we're both using simular weapons! Now that's fun!

we can only speculate, but if one team has the ability to take control of special ammo, that will be a very steep uphill battle for the other team. which i don't think promotes fair gun play.

This is stupid! The reason destiny is great is because its pvp is unique and making more primary based will put it in line with Black Ops, honestly I have enough trouble finding special ammo and now it's going to be stupid

1 ReplyWe have to wait and see which modes will start without any special. They never stated which ones directly won't. I honestly don't see it being a issue though. It'll put more of an emphasis on your primary gunplay, which is what this game needs. Teams who primarily rely on their secondary will easily adapt as well. I'm sure we will see a good number of kids crying in posts, as I'm sure there already are a lot.

14 RepliesI hate it. It would have made more sense to do it in 6v6 first. Do you really want primary battles throughout trials? Then one team gets snipes and hold down the map tell it's over. Stupid move.... we can play call of duty if we want primary battles
