PETITION TO RELEASE YEAR 2 ICEBREAKER
Sign if you want one of the coolest weapons back in the game. Tired of seeing 1000-Yard Stares? Icebreaker will solve the problem!

If you really want to play around with it, it still works perfectly well for old content and normal Crucible.

6 RepliesWhy? Other than being able to regen ammo, there have been plenty of other sniper rifles equal to or better than Icebreaker. I'd rather have them bring back Field Scout. I miss guns like Patience & Time and Praed's Revenge. High rate of fire, stable and plenty of rounds to engage multiple targets.

Maybe they could find a way to bring back some year 1s for pve only. Would let the vets use some for old time sake, and new players like me could experience what we missed, all without fear of cries for nerf on the pvp side. Just a thought

It will be back along with Ghorn. No reason to nerf them if they are not bringing them forward at some point.

I totally agree, I love the gun but honestly, if that did happen, ice breaker would become the new 1ks and about a week after release there would be posts of bitching players petitioning it to get nerfed in some type of way.

4 RepliesOnly if they nerf the charge time further, but let all precision shots retain shots. Maybe with a little overheat feature for the bosses with giant crit areas though The gun would be more interesting then at least.
