If medium to long range accuracy is what you want, then you need an omolon. They have the best stability and recoil patterns. Also, they have the tightest beam spread.
Although the charge speed is a bit slow, it's no the slowest.
Since stability determines how tight your beams are, you want max stability.
Range determines fusion beam velocity. As long as you aim center mass you should get kills. The vacancy from FWC has a rather plain roll, but it's more than effective at one hit killing people from good distances. The base stability is like 89
I have the stock version, but I'm farming FWC rep for a better roll!
I've got a slit shifter with almost max stability and it charges super fast, but past 25 feet the beams, despite the stability start to cross paths. It's super effective close range though.
My dream Vacancy(FWC-omolon) is either:
Rangefinder
Accelerated coils
Perfect balance
Or
Rescue mag
Braced frame/accelerated coils
rangefinder

You know accelerated coils actually decreases damage output now

Yes, it drops the impact from 97 to 87 and some change. That's equivalent to plan c impact, but it'll have a much tighter beam that can kill farther. Add to that if I got rangefinder I'd keep a lot of that damage and get more beam velocity.

Look at my equipped FR this thing used to demolish, and my friends used to hate playing with me best PvP FR I ever used(keep in mind this was back in early HoW and that summer, I don't know if FRs have Been tweaked in the last few months since I last played) this is my nostalgia gear on my warlock

I hate they changed it to not work as well with hip fire. I used to never use a fusion without it!
-
It used to work as a contrast to rangefinder to make this thing a god
-
Yeah it was great!

In your case it's a bit difficult to understand as you have an excellent roll with good options. Due to your high stability, you should have a reasonably tight beam. With decent stability. Problem is that from what I know about fast charging fusion is that after a certain distance, 20ft, your beam starts spreading out. Add that to the fact that impact is lower and you have to land more beams on a target, which is why people end up escaping with low health.

I actually might try praetorian foil as its damage used to be capable of one shotting blade dancers
-
Yeah it used to be Op weren't those the days rangefinder used to snipe, and hip fire used to super tighten the spread, I would single handed lot sweep some teams Im trials back in the day
-
I think that's the main problem. One or two types that are decent while the rest leave much to be desired.
-
Yeah, if you want ranged destruction an omolon or plan c is the proper choice. If you want something for close range the faster charging one like split shifter

Edited by Judge_Rhymehold: 1/27/2016 1:26:06 PMJust that the quick charging ones newer effective range is easily in shot gun range. And the whole staring at the ceiling after each shot hip fired or ads. (Small exhageration. Has a terrible kick thiugh). Probably haven't found the one or two decent rolls for that kind that makes them okish Thesan all day for the slower charging ones thiugh
-
Yes, FWCs The Vacancy is a modified version of the thesan. The fastest charging ones just don't have the impact. You need to end up hitting 90% or more of your beams to get a kill.

I'll have to check that one out. It's given me the other one a couple times but not that one!
