Things from year 1 that's you remember!
I really do miss the old days, it's sad to say but to me destiny lost a little of its magic when year 2 came. It wasn't because anything change or bungie did anything, destiny just kinda lost this "vibe" that it had in year 1. Anyways, I'm just gonna list a few things that some of us year 1 remembers! First, the Gjallarhorn. Like, there is no year 1 player that doesn't know of the infamous Gjallarhorn. Hands down the most OP gun in the game, and the ultimate boss slayer. Next, "if you can't beat em', push em' off the edge." Templar and Atheon, even crota at one point had a fun time slipping off their platforms. It was pretty damn funny. I remember soloing Atheon with a sunsingers and pushing Atheon off, it was pretty damn fun. Another thing was the loot cave, I remember I was that one guy who would always run up to the loocavs every so often, because I thought people could take your engram. I remember seeing a guy get a legendary and I was so pissed because I didn't run up there first xD ah, good times. Randall the vandal still exist, the glitch with him and his insane health still exist btw. Also, who remember's Kermit?.. Yea... Biggest asshole known in destiny history. I remember me and my friends would always replace the word dismantle with Kermit. We would always get a good laugh out of it. "Dammit another one? This is the 2nd one I kermitted today." "Nah dude, I don't have it anymore. I kermitted it a while ago.", Smoggypluto and his infamous loot drop still baffles me up to this date, I don't know how the hell RNG could've -blam!-ed up so bad back then. Also, Xylar, it holds a special place in my heart. Xylar was the biggest troll I've pulled on someone in destiny hands down.

Jumping up and down, running up to my neighbours to rub in his face g'horn (first exotic) just dropped from a legendary engram. Or getting vex and being like aw yeah sweet....till I muted my mic and screamed like a little girl. Or the sigh of relief I let out when the pocket infinity bounty (last exotic) finally dropped knowing, I'd be able to have a break before house of wolves. Ah I miss the love for this game I had *wipes tear from cheek*

I helped some newbies do VoG a couple weeks ago and I got a Gjally at Atheon and I just laughed and laughed, remembering how much of a freakout it would have been if this were year 1.

A game that I truly loved and spend hours a day even nights and going to work the next day sadly my love and passion for the game is fading and I really hope they make the changes

Throwing atheon off the cliff, all my favorite y1 weapons, getting gjallarhorn for the first time and screaming like a little girl, crota, a good pvp experience, and much more

VoG. Good old VoG. Memories. Atheon falling off. The Vex mytho. Finally beating normal. Than beating him in hard after three hours. Getting Fatebringer. Looking at the beutiful place VoG was. And the mystery. Why are you in the Vault? Why are we killing Atheon? It was awesome.
