I just pre-ordered the Valentine's Smooch Book where you can keep track of all the Guardians you kiss during the event. Supposedly there is even a section that keeps track of how much silver you buy. The more you buy, the faster you complete the book! Pre-order your Smooch book now for only 6000 silver! Act fast because the book expires when the event ends!

The problem with these micro transactions is that they are the pinnacle of these events (Blue skull, unique sparrows). The worst part is though that these "pinnacle" items are only used to fund the creation of another live event where the best item is locked behind a pay wall. It's just a vicious cycle that only serves to bleed to consumers dry.

People can do whatever they want with their money of course, hell I buy pretty much every and any game I want that looks half decent! That being said, if you buy emotes or the book during SRL, your call, but no one will ever convince me it's good value for money because it's not. I was stupid and bought some silver, bought an emote and immediatly regretted it. We live in a society where someone started a kick starter for 10 bucks to make potato salad and has generated 63K to date. That's how clueless people are to the value of money! Good luck.

Yeah, no one pay anything. Then, when there is no more content, then people can bitch about that too. No dlc, people complain. New dlc, people complain because they have to pay. People want new events, then complain when they get them.

I've been saying that all along. Don't get me wrong, I've been tempted in the past to buy some but held fast. I don't care if it's the free silver they gave me or not, if I could give it back with a "no thank you", I would have done that long ago!
