I have a close relationship with a user on Reddit (disclosed name) that has a reliable connection through someone who works/worked for Bungie or an affiliate. This person in many ways (other than directly saying) stated the mighty G-Horn will make its triumphant return around Independence Day in America. There's apparently a huge update around that time that will include a massive quest line to obtain it.
I personally don't believe it (although it would be fûcking badass), but everything my buddy has said about this game weeks/months ahead of time has been accurate.
What do you guys feel about it?

-

-
I don't believe you but I'm still hoping.

I have a pretty reliable buddy who works in Heaven. He told me The Rapture might happen around Halloween. Why would anyone believe you? These, I have a "friend/uncle/etc"who works at "______" are every where on the Internet. It's all BS.
-

-

2 RepliesToo good of an idea, Bungie will ignore and forget it, they don't implement cool and fun things, they implement updates that break things so they can then go and fix it after being rightfully moaned at by the players to extend playtime. Although Bungie did confirm all year 1 exotics will find their way to year 2 eventually, I believe Kotaku was the interviewer during this, Luke Smith then went and said there is no Gjallarhorn for year 2 so backwards communication as always there from Bungie. One thing year 2 is missing over year 1, a powerhouse weapon, the weapons of year 1 felt fun to use, not because they were powerful but because they just felt fun to use. I do have a couple of "friends" that know "friends" that are close with Bungie, I will ask around and see if I get any info, will edit this in the future if I find anything out.

It's one of the coolest weapons ever put into the game why is everyone saying no
-
Massive quest line? Bullshit. I'd just buy it off the wall.

2 RepliesI know this guy, and his sister told me that her hairdresser's brother told them that their landlord's wife's garbageman knows a woman who is friends with a girl who dated a guy who once knew a friend at Bungie and they say your source doesn't know jack!

3 RepliesIt's not true, and if they made a gjallarhorn y2 I would sell my game. Anyone who needs that crutch needs to move on. Not to mention people getting kicked from fireteams for not having it in HUGE numbers.
-
Shut up Meg.
-
Nah bury it and bring it back in year 10
-
That's summer time, I'm usually outside enjoying life. So I could care less. By the time I actually get back to playing, Destiny 2 will be ready to go.

-
I r8 this b8 an 8/8.

4 RepliesI long for the day to see my Wolfpack rounds bouncing around the room again, hunting anything and everything... To see 6 Gallys fired in perfect unison, raining fire and chaos on whomever is standing in the way...
-
I dont want it to come back. Stop hanging onto the past.
-
What else has he said?
-
I highly doubt this.

If they gave me a questline to gain independence from the tower and the reward was year two gjallarhorn with red white and blue wolfpack rounds, I would return to this game.
