1 ReplyI agree, bungie probably haven't because people won't use their new guns or even do kings fall if they could get the weapons from VOG. Make them drop between 290-300 though and you'll need to do both raids as u can infuse your kings fall gear into the new year 2 VOG gear. That'll work

I agree with everything but revamping it. It's old content, we have enough rehashed bullshit and don't need more weekly needed regurgitated crap to run through. Just stop asking to have y1 shit revamped, it's tired. I love vog but seriously it's no longer part of the story. You know like every other MMO new content renders previous content useless once top level.

As the Vex are able to travel through time, I can see no reason why Bungie wouldn't be able to keep this raid going through the series. In different formats. So I'm guessing VOG will be the destiny players version of Nuke Town

VOG will go down as the best raid in destiny. Not just because it was everyones first raid, but merely due to the simplicity of it and just how fun it is even at times where your team just ends up goofing off in it. I love the VOG, and i will always jump in that raid with my buddies

I still enjoy this raid way more than the others. Ran through the vault with a friend last week who had never had the chance to try the raid. Enjoyed explaining what was going on and grabbing the relic for old times sake!

4 RepliesSo much effort was made to keep vogs lore interesting and mysterious. Still nobody knows exactly what happened in there with kabr. Yes there are great theories, theories that seem damn accurate. But a few of those got ripped apart during the paradox mission. That's why vog is so awesome. It's like it's not finished. Skolas and his wolves tried their luck in there, the taken have tried. Clearly there is more to vog than what we've seen or read. And more will be revealed about it when they finally bring back the Exo stranger

Agreed. I don't have many VoG completions; ten I think, but yeah, every one of them was immense fun.
