That is now my favorite. However it worries me because it looks very much like enclave armor. I hope that the enclave and brotherhood in Chicago didn't join up together

No...the Midwest Brotherhood was there long before the Enclave and they would never team together because the Midwest Brotherhood allows Ghouls, Supermutants and Deathclaws in its ranks.
