Destiny 2/DLC Announcement Or RIP
This coming Weekly update must reveal The sequel or upcoming DLC. If it doesn't, and another shortlived event gets revealed, its game over. People don't hang onto a game that has its Devs take months off, just to get a small reveal and a message like "Hey guys were back! Were ready for a fun packed year!". Cut The crap Bungie. Either deliver REAL content to the Consumer base, Or GG.
I think most people would even consider an ACTUAL Apology for the catastrophe that is Destiny, as a decent DLC. Nobody's is going to wait a month just for an event like "Festival of the lost". Deliver the goods.
Edit: Yes im aware of the Dawning event. Im saying we need something more than that to be revealed.

100 RepliesRemember having a nes, snes, n64, ps? You'd buy a game and play the shit out of it. That game would never change, be updated or get new dlc. Who created the game probably never entered a thought. No internet lol. Gaming made simple. Fast forward 20 years to now. Welcome the new generation of gaming and gamer. Now its all bitching and screaming if a game isnt updated every week.

6 RepliesI just payed another player $280 to carry all three of my characters to the light house. First run we want 8-1 lost the last two matches. Now he is offline today so I fear I will not go. What's worse is that it shows him offline on my friends list but he is currently streaming... I can't type in his chat tho.... Idk what's going on. Please tell me what to do!

3 RepliesI can see it now: The upcoming weekly update tells us that big things are coming. Next update details the Dawning. The big spring update turns out to be sparrow racing v2, with one new map and a few new sparrows. A few months later at E3, they announce what everyone was waiting for: Destiny Remastered.

Didn't we just finish SRL and then they took a holiday break and said there will be an announcement this week.... only to come back early and fix some seriously crap happening in crucible on the back end. Which is still broken.. lol! If you are that up happy with the game man, just play something else. There are literally 1000s of games out there I am sure you have never touched. No sense in whining about something we no nothing about.

Don't know I think I have spend a 100 euro on Destiny and it seems to me that I have definitely got my money worth and much more. The game to me is the best fps I have ever played. Not the story or missions, but the gun play is just the best. To me gun play is the single most important in fps don't give a shite about the story. I have been playing games since 1990 and the only game I liked more is the mass effect.

1 ReplyI cannot see bungie having any dlc to be honest however I would like bungie to stop re balancing weapons over and over again and do something worthwhile because let's face it bungie could try and do a million re balance updates and it won't change a thing. For example make the older raids intresting again add challenges to the old raids, bring back all year 1 guns please! let us play the game we want to not how you dictate how we should play, destiny lost loads of players just because you removed their favourite weapons for no apparent reason. Just do something apart from the so called re balance updates that don't balance a single thing there is absolutely loads that could be done with a game like destiny.

Whoever thought opting for silver emotes and boring events would hold the player base better than actual DLC installments is -blam!-ing bananas. I wouldve gladly traded all those emotes, paper masks, and shiny sparrows for a DLC about crushing the Cabal or something

1 ReplyI beat The Taken King after a few weeks and don't feel entitled to anything - I got my money's worth. If people bought Destiny expecting to be able to play relevant content 3+ hours a day for a year, then they're idiots.

They won't announce the dlc until after whatever the small event (cash grab) thats coming in a couple weeks.
