Going on a 40 mile hike and jumping off a 60 foot rock on Ohao in Hawaii. It was 20 miles to a waterfall and a rock. I did not land correctly and messed up my back ankles and neck. Then I had to go 20 miles back. First half was 5 hours, last half was 11, and I thought track is hard ( not trying to dis track )
