Had a horrible MRSA infection on my arm...skin was about to break it was so swollen kinda infection. Without numbing my arm (not sure he could) he took a scalpel and used it like a drill to twist cut an almost dime sized hole right in the apex of swell. The pain was indescribable. As a side note: the nastiness that I pulled out of my arm over the next week was beyond sickening.
