How long has anyone gone without playing? If you used to play regularly?

It's been a solid 2 months since I've played.. I tried logging on about a month ago and got to the title screen and realized I had no desire to play the game anymore haha.

I used to play all the time during year one. Everyday. But then I moved to a house in the woods where I couldn't get decent internet. I went 6 months without playing and I just started back a few weeks ago

6 months for me, I was a Month one player on PS3, I didn't buy destiny til about 5 weeks in and it took me a few weeks to understand how the game went but I found myself pretty addicted to the games reward system and overall I really liked the way the gameplay felt, after doing everything I needed to do in the dark below I took a break, I didn't get house of wolves but bought a PS4 and then bought the taken king about 2 months after it's release and have been playing pretty constantly, almost daily, this game is really addicting LOL

I haven't really played since the second to last week of sparrow racing (so I think it's been like 3 weeks) other than coming back to do a strike on Sunday to get the emblem.

Month, month and a half. Every few months I burn out big time on Destiny.

Today was the first day I've booted up Destiny since mid-November...or about a week before Fallout 4 came out, was just playing Metal Gear the week before it released.

Day 1 player here. Ive been away 2 months 2 separate times on christmas both times. I love destiny when i play with friends but when winter strikes lots of new games come along and people stray away. Last year i came back for ToO perfection and this year i came back for the srl event.

I go 2-3 weeks all the time. If a special event, like SRL or IB is coming up and I'm motivated, I'll do it. Otherwise this period now could be the longest I stay away until Destiny 2 comes out. Really no point in playing when I'm fully engrossed in Fallout 4, Witcher 3, and MGSV. I mentioned in another post though, the weird part is when I'm playing those other games, in the back of my mind I wonder what I'm missing in Destiny. Plus the fact that I browse the forum ALL THE TIME. I think I'm ill!!!!

Edited by Selenophobia: 1/13/2016 3:36:49 PMWent 2 months at the end of HoW because of ESO Now I just play when I have friends on and all I ever do is crucible and maybe a daily story... nightfalls are dead, the raid is boring and I can't enjoy it, all the new maps for crucible suck so I rarely play trials... iron banner is barely worth playing anymore... I'll get on for whatever the events bungie releases are but given how boned i got in srl with never getting a helmet over 318 and getting like 30 310+ helmets that are just filling my vault... strike playlist only has like 5 strikes now... I try to run VoG and Crota whenever I can but no one is ever doing them.... lately I've been playing . crucible on my titan with weapons like QBB qnd NLB for giggles... Also i don't like any of my year 2 gear... the weapons are all unappealing to me and the gear just doesn't ever feel like I got a good roll.... I miss year 1.

I have played in a couple months. One day I asked myself, "What the hell am I doing, I just did this yesterday." Haven't played since.

Used to play a lot and daily. Had a couple of times where I didn't play for 1-3 weeks. Haven't played for 3 weeks now and no real intent to do until there's some new stuff :D
