If Bungie reads the forums wouldn't they acknowledge the Crucible fiasco
So either they don't read the forums which most of us already assume or belive or they just have horrible public relations which most of us know.
Probably both though.
So bodies flying everywhere , hit register is off , melee hits are not working. Lag is unreal and yet we still have no announcement of any kind which is typical for bungie.
How is this acceptable, why are they so bad with decisions and communication.
This community would be less bitter if they just were more transparent instead of ignoring and pussyfooting around issues.
Edit: I'm aware they're on vacation however that doesn't mean someone isn't there working on issues also doesn't .Ean they can't chime in on a MAJOR issue. They have made post a about other things while on "vacation" .
Vacation is not an excuse that someone can't respond about game breaking bugs.
Edit: not just crucible is broken PVE is also.

Edit: Cozmo has replied and put the PVE door fling on the list and has replied to other threads and put some PVP issues on his list.
Edit: Cozmo has made a post that fixes were made to some of the issues in Crucible.
Thank you for acknowledging and getting fixes done. Glad to see that your on the forums and things are getting resolved.

3 RepliesIt's not easy spending millions. Have some respect, these men and women are on a 4 week bender right now on a undisclosed island. Even if they did check out a couple weeks early, they'd still be drunk and high well into late February. It just really disgusts me how disrespectful people are. Do you know how annoying it is to have your assistant interrupt a $10,000.00 alcohol fueled dolphin dive exhibition on a private yacht? "Boss people aren't dying in PVP. No damage.", or "Boss people are dying when they pick up spirit bloom"? Learn some fckn manners people. Let these people enjoy their millions in peace. Not to mention THEY ARE going out of their way to implement temporary fix's till they get back. Word from the island came in late last night. They've hired some emergency temps in China while on vacation to cook up some new emotes that will be available in a couple days. I was personally shocked. The ability to stay calm that these men and women have. Absolutely Pope like. If I was them I wouldn't have even done that. I would have been naked playing tennis with diamond incrusted tennis balls yelling, ain't nobody got time for that!

Agree that crucible is a complete disaster right now!! In the last two weeks I have consistently spent (extremely frustrating) time in the crucible, and it has consistently gotten worse. The lagging, the rubberbanding, the hit registering after I've been watching the kill cam for 5 seconds, getting killed by shotguns across the room.................I think I have seen one game in the last 10 that didn't have at least 3 or 4 people red barring and bouncing around. Please fix this Bungie!!!

Agree that if they addressed things timely and with a hint of seriousness (not their typical slap on the back, who cares kind of sarcasm), we probably wouldn't be so toxic. Its easy to ridicule something that is treated like it's a joke. Even by the developers and managers who are supposed to improve it.

3 RepliesIn addition to the stupid bugz, the meta is stupid too. no gun fight! no primary! Just stay at the end of the map and HARD SCOPE for the entire game until heavy comes out! Then super it and take out the MGs!!! Sniper shots faster than scout rifles! matches end when the timer runs out! 1000 Yard Stare! 1000 yard STARE!!! STARE... in the Scope!... for the duration of the match!!

I think we should be able to rejoin our teams during trials if the crap servers lag us out. Its not fair when we lag out and immediately get a loss without the option To rejoin our fireteam if within a certain time.

Reality is Destiny is a dated 1.5 year old product that is on the decline. I'm not saying it's right, but they don't have the same investment they had in year 1 which was already in question. We're halfway through year 2 and the content has been much thinner than year 1 if you look at it. While I am on the side of the fence that says Dark Below was weak quantity of content released, at least it was content that was released to keep us busy. It's January now and all we have to show for it is challenge modes and a temporary sparrow mode that featured 2 races for 3 weeks. It is what it is. I still play Destiny and got my monies worth, but I've turned my attention to games that were in the backburner because of it like Bloodborne, Dragon Age, and Fallout 4.

I did notice stupid shit going on in ToO for both my team and the opponent's team. Shoulder charge seem to push people instead of killing them. So much lag it was unbelievable. I would shoot them with no damage then they'd kill me and the same thing would happen to them. My friend would run around getting shot and he'd take absolutely no damage. Bodies were just flying around for the entire match. I dont know what happened these past few days but crucible has gotten A LOT worse.
