We need to find common ground on Thorn, everyone.
Also don't say leave it the same as it was in year 1 and bring it to year 2..
Pull out your Thorn and run Sealed Ahamkara Grasps with Envenomed and Thorn. You will get a nice taste of broken.
2 Body Shots + Smoke -- Kill if contact is even slightly made.
1 Body Shot + Smoke (2) -- Target doesn't move out of smoke(s).
Thorn is also just as prominent as TLW. Try it. It's still [i]really[/i] good imo.

Make the DoT go away after the applier is killed or when the DoT normally runs out,not just with a timer

From the beginning, I always thought that DoT should never be able to kill you, just get you down to one HP so the gunner still has to finish you off with one more bullet.

I think the DoT shouldn't kill, it should just keep you down to 1HP even if it's still ticking.

I say make the initial shots do less damage, but the dot do more. So three shots barely breaks the shield, but the dot is enough to finish you off. You know, since the dot is what everyone always whines about, buff the shit out of it to really bring out the salt.

1 ReplyThey should make it so the dot only procs on critical hits. Prevents the three body shot kills that makes thorn so good and spammable right now. Still an amazing gun if you are a skilled shot this way

It should stay as is. It was already nerfed but then again people will never be happy until it gets nerfed into the ground...

2 RepliesHoltsman from planet destiny had a great idea. Instead of DOT it gives the user of the gun a similar perk to the nightstalker hunted. The little red x on the enemy's head. The "mark of the devourer" can still be the name as well
