Not saying Borderlands 2 loot is bad, but I really really HATE(D) grinding the Bunker for the heads. Still missing the one for Zero.... Irreality (Zero) and Space Knight (Axton) are the best.

My guess is that most people who are upset with the loot system already have an overwhelming majority of the loot this game has to offer, but are pissed because they just can't seem to find those last few things they don't already have. The problem isn't the loot system, it's the completionist, "gotta-catch-'em-all" mindset that drives the addicted gamer to grind until they have absolutely EVERYTHING in the game and have max light level on everything. Naturally, this is difficult and takes time, hence the salt. In other words, welcome to MMO's. ;)

Not sure why people are saying borderlands the game was meant to gain guns over time then in coop beat the bosses for fun and variations but mainly just about fun. Played both from launch and still play 2 only gun i never got was infinity from doc mercy until they patched him but i got one from the sorcerer multiple times and had a few duped wasn't a good gun anyway in 61 72 patches and was useless in op

RuneScape. The drop chances of anything good are abysmally low. Borderlands 2. Same as above, except there's no lootshare, so your friends can steal your loot. Diablo 3. Nothing but grinding for the same loot to do the same things to get better loot to do the same things. Nothing but Story. And...idk... any MMO/RPG ever made?
