Why do I Tbag?
Because it's a game. I wouldn't Tbag someone in real life, I'd get arrested.
The real question is. Why are you so easily offended by it?

People do it to get people to play reckless. When I get t bagged I make sure to bag them multiple times and that's the best source of hate mail in Destiny.

I guess it is because it conveys a sense of scrubiness most of the times. Let's say you kill a person, then they get a kill on you and t-bag like they took offense that you killed them. It's part of the game. The real annoying ones are those that do it and are losing. Yet it isn't the t-bag itself. It is the timing of when it is used. Raid t-bags are totally acceptable.
