I personally can't think of anything else that could use a nerf other than the sniper aim assist however I needed to put other in there. As for the twilight garrison and shade step we can all agree that there is no need for these things. They are extremely op and well quite frankly not needed.

1 ReplyI think they should remove heavy out of smaller pvp matches & events, like skirmish and trials for example. 3v3 games should stick to special and primary ammo in my opinion.

Machine gun ammo, I would take heavy ammo out completely but bungie won't

Edited by ZehPrince: 1/11/2016 6:26:57 AMi don't think anything really needs a nerf right now. maybe Stormcallers landfall node because it's just unnecessary, but I think Stormcallers are balanced. Personally I think hit detection needs to be fixed. Tired of hits from a sword or bladedancers not registering. It's annoying

You forgot the option "Nerf posts need to be nerfed"

I don't believe they should nerf fire bolt grenades but viking funeral. I don't use touch of flame and viking funeral in the crucible and it is incredibly annoying when the firebolt grenades don't two shot any enemy like most other grenades.

Edited by Viron117: 1/11/2016 3:40:46 PMMy choice is to nerf nerfs, creating a double negative and therefore they start buffing whats shit, and continue to do so until everything's on a good, even playing field that they dont put too high; But that makes sense, so...

The only thing that is Op is crucible connection, you can't play against that and win.

I know op doesn't mean no harm but using the word "NERF" is just way to much lol stop it

Nothing really.

Destiny rambo needs nerfing.

I hear people keep complaining about firebolts. Has anyone actually tried one? They hardly ever hit now. Its like RNG if they will hit or work properly. I think quick-revive needs to be reduced to the midpoint of itself and the normal revive while the normal revive gets slowed down the same amount.

1 ReplySpecial ammo is far too available in pvp

11 Replies-blam!- heavy. I will always condemn heavy because it takes so little skill to use and gives the user bonus points for something that is a OHK.
-
I think bungee should nerf every gun until everyone's using nerf guns.
-
2 RepliesI say we should remove heavy from smaller game-modes. There's nothing that sucks more than a team capturing heavy with supers and they dominate you in skirmish.
-
2 RepliesThe burn on firebolts are ridiculous. Whoever thought introducing damage over time to FPSs should be shot repeatedly in front of their family
-
6 RepliesIf snipers de-scoped, auto aim/assist wouldn't really be an issue.

To be fair, firebolts should do the same damage as the arcbolts. Or they could bring the arcbolts back up to do the same as firebolt. (I'm a hunter main.) Not because I think firebolts are op. But, because I think the bolt grenades should all do the same amount of damage, regardless of class, to be fair. But honestly, I find solar grenades with viking funeral and touch of Flame much more effective. I love running up on a zone in control, where there are 3 to 4 guardians standing there. I toss my solar grenade in the middle of them and it takes them a second to move. By then, they've taken the initial damage, a little damage from not moving fast enough, and then the DoT from viking funeral finishes them off. I've gotten several multi-kills using this method. It's also fun to run up to a group, toss your grenade on them, then hold your trigger down and spray bullets from side to side. That way they each get a good chunk of health taken away. They're usually able to kill you before you get away. But, with the initial grenade damage and the damage from the shots, the DoT again will usually finish them all off. Is this kinda cheesy? Well, maybe. But, it's effective. Plus, since Sunsinger doesn't have an offensive super, the power of the neutral play, imo, is fair. Though, I guess that even though Sunsinger's super really isn't offensive, I have had times where I was able to kill 4-5 guardians at a time with it. Though, that is kinda rare. But, it's with the solar grenades. I never had much luck with firebolt grenades. So, I don't see them as op. I don't see any of the other stuff as being op either. Shadestep and twilight are annoying at best, but not op. And Mida was not before and is not now op. It's a decent gun, overused, but not op. But, the only reason it's overused is because everybody hyped it up so much when it first came to year 2. Then everyone started using it, because they thought it'd be so awesome. Some found that they were decent with it and continue to use it. Plus, Xur just recently sold it. So, those who just got it and saw the hyped posts and others using it, are now using the crap out of it. There are plenty of other guns that are a lot better, especially at mid-close range. At long range, Mida is pretty good. It's easier to hit headshots with and shoots pretty fast. But, Tlaloc with overflow active shoots faster, does more damage, has better stability, and more range than Mida. Also, closer in, I outshoot it with my Hawkwind. I've also been outshot with other guns when using it at those ranges. So, it's just not great at mid-close range. It's just one of those situations where everyone thinks it's great, because everyone hypes it up, so more and more use it. So, you see it a lot more. It's a spiral that will continue to spin until everyone gets there full of it and finds out that it really isn't what they think it is. I'm not saying it sucks. There are a lot of people who do really like it. I like to use it sometimes. But, it's definitely just not op.
