Everyone claiming MIDA MULTI TOOL is OP. It's not OP, it was just built for PvP. Nobody seems to care how powerful a gun is when you're stood with a full fire team holding a certain scout rifle with infinite ammo and extra damage when inside an aura of invincibility making the most difficult content a breeze.
