Oh look now they're trying to nerf SC
Ok so I'm tired of seeing post after post of people trying to nerf stormcaller
NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT
Range isn't that far like everyone exaggerates it to be
It's a lot easier to kill a stormcaller than most other supers (shotgun melee or a sniper shot to the head)
Iconic blink, so bd is aloud to have blink but we can't have something that for one we can only use while in super and for two really isn't super effective.
And for the titans bitching about SC, warlocks tried to defend your sunbreaker before the nerf. AND before the nerf you even agreed that storm caller was a balanced subclass. But NOW that your subclass got nerfed you are trying to take warlocks down so you can try to be superior.
I have just come to the conclusion that hunters and titans fear us warlocks...

2 RepliesI play main as a warlock and even I can see stormcaller is standing out as the new super that's beating out other In terms of benefits. At the very least they need to cut the amount I time we can fly around for, we can cover half the map throwing chained lightning a crazy distance. Sure we can be shut down easy enough but used right it's way better that way the other classes have.

I hate how some people want to nerf everything, sure weapons need balancing every now and then, but its EVERYTHING these days god I wish people would shut up about subclasses Especially cause it makes things suck in pve too Plus let's face it if someone's good they'll run shit with the worse weps and subclasses anyway it doesn't make a difference

Stormcaller annoys me but its not OP. It can be shut down with a decent play. It's just that now everyone realises its power more now that sunbreaker is weaker.

You're so annoying "Warlock's defended you sunbreakers!" As if allegiances were made and now classes owe each other. Are you serious? Do you actually think you ARE your character? Not every warlock ever shared your view, agreed with sunbreakers and "defended" anything (and frankly anyone who did defend sunbreakers was an idiot anyway). But now you're honestly saying Titans owe you one? Are you kidding me. I don't even have anything to say about any nerfs, I just wanted you to know that everything you wrote was irritating and so ill never agree with you just on principle.

Storm caller, and they are back after titans again. Saw calls to nerf the radius to fist of havoc. They want to make sure mida gets "adjusted" In short anything they die from must be wrong. OMG that means next it will be skilled player specific nerfs. Good thing I suck. At least I have the good sense to know that all adjustments made by bungie are generally not a good thing and we should actually play the damn game how it is instead of having everything in it adjusted to shit.

1 ReplyI think its good how it is. I see more people using stormcaller cuz of hammer and BD nerf. Its just An increase in warlocks using stormcaller in pvp. Nothing changed gameplay wise. The only complaint i would have about the super myself is that sometimes the range is crazy. But it doesnt affect me that much most of the time.

Dont get me wrong here, i was one of whiners calling for the HoS nerf but i think they over did it, seems way too easy to kill now and i can easily survive the hammers. I would love to see gunslinger get a slight armor boost, or atleast make it tougher during the activation animation. Voidwalker, blade dancer, sunsinger and defender are fine as is. Only complaint with shadowshot is aim assist needs to be lowered a bit. Back to stormcaller, it has very good range, mobility and armor but can be shut down if a few people focus fire on it. After all, they are supers and should feel as such.
