What was your first gaming system?
Hey everyone,
I just bought a SNES for my kids for Christmas. I am pretty excited. I remember opening up my first console 20 years ago and cant wait to start them into gaming. I was wondering what all you guardian's first console was and what your favorite games to play on it were.
Edit: I somehow spaced it and left off Gamecube! I don't know what I was thinking. I also wish I had more than seven options or would have put an "other" option up. It's still fun to hear all the memories though keep em coming.

when i was born my family still played NES regularly so that was the first i played on. but in my lifetime the oldest game system i got new was an N64

Why no GameCube? That thing was awesome! Loved playing super smash Bros brawl with my brother and sister.

The older generations week chose atari or NES. Newer generations week choose N64 or later. Those of us who fell between will choose PC. Star Wars Dark Forces and Pitfall for PC was life
