Anyone else having these issues with their Bladedancer?
Arc Blade hits not registering. I've literally hit someone 3 times before they finally die.
Grenades feel underwhelming and lack killing potential.
You're ripped to pieces while in your super. I've been massacred lately while in my super.
Blink seems extremely unresponsive and difficult to use.
What's going on here? The Bladedancer used to be my favorite class. Why is it every patch it seems like Bladedancers are getting worse thanks to bugs and over nerfed abilities. This doesn't bode well for the future =(
*Edit* lots of great responses! Glad to see the community mostly agrees on this subject. We've been done a major injustice lately but with the Titan nerfs and all the recent changes I can't complain much. I mostly want my hits to register a kill that's the biggest issue. Thanks everyone!
**Edit** Almost 1000 comments! Woot! Keep it up guardians =)

2 RepliesAgreed. Hope Bungie fixes it.

2 Repliescan we talk about how at full health/shield, a titan or warlock melee obliterates you, while at half shield or even no shield, blink strike, which is stabbing them in the freaking face doesnt kill? i love when i hear "hunters are op in crucible" compared to what?! the Immortal Nova Thor of the Fisting of God? The Purple Mini-Nuke or Sith Lord?

4 RepliesNot a hunter, but does anyone else feel like there's a delay or hit detection problem with shoulder charge? I've hit plenty people with it only for it to delay for a second, and then they die or hit them and nothing happening.

Us OG Titans enjoyed being #1... Just a few months but better than nothing

Skip grenades are the new meta grenade for bladedancers. Try them out. They split on impact so throw them at the ground or wall near your enemies.

7 RepliesEdited by C4: 12/28/2015 7:44:02 PMThey keep nerfing Bladedancers so "Titards" don't start complaining that Bungie caters to Hunters and that "Huntards" aren't the top dogs in PvP again. Huntards:
The 4th class, often confused with Hunters. These Huntards go on the forums and cry and complain about things that kill them. Often ask for nerfs.
Titards:
The 5th class, often confused with Titans. These Titards go on the forums and complain about Hunters nerfing everything and pretend like they didn't complain Year 1. Often ask for Hunters to leave.
Read Spoilers! :)

I main a warlock and even I see it's broken

3 RepliesI agree, 100%! Bladedancer stuck a grenade on a Titan, he didn't die. Arc blade you need at least two hits to cause any damage. It seems the best in class is the gunslinger.

I think I played you yesterday in a game of mayhem rumble

7 RepliesWelcome to new sunbreaker. Titans intended to be the most Tanky of the three classes meanwhile our most offensive and only ranged class is the least Tanky of the three. As a beta into day one player I personally miss the entire point of classes in this game. Bungee designed the three with three intentions in mind, Titans, the tanks, the bruisers, the bullet sponges, and the most defensive class. That's what they were designed to be, all in till you die. Warlocks, the self healers, the magic throwers, the aoe ranged bomb, the most in and out of combat class due to recovery and life steal and self revive. They were designed squishy but able to retreat and go back in. And Hunters, the snipers, the scouts, the agile, the tricksters, and the most fragile(health wise) of the three classes. Intended to stand back, let others take the blunt of damage, and be assassins with a gun or blade, and to be the true ranged gunslinging class. That's what bungie wanted. Now, we have a tank who's only real ability to tank damage is on his original offensive class, not his defensive( I'm talking stats not abilities like force barrier) A Mage who has a well rounded kit of offense and defense but a lack of mobility. And a super agile hunter who has 2 good supers and 1 decent, meanwhile hunters were intended to be the master killing crucible pvp race. They now have a broken blade dancer that was their only Tanky option, and 2 ranged and limited to 3-4 kill on hit supers. All classes have been complained about so much by people who are religious to another that everyone hates everyone else and bungie will continue to nerf the game into the ground. Year one destiny was the best destiny. And I'm talking pre-How, pre-dark below. The ORIGINAL, destiny that we all signed up for is gone. It's been taken over by a community of whiners who have no appreciation for what the game was meant to be. And yes I'm complaining now, for the first time in a little over a year of the game. Because I want the game I was hyped for back. Any day one player can agree on this. And beta player. And certainly any alpha player.

Suck it huntard
-
They made Blade Dancer a bit more balanced now. That's it. Blink is just as responsive as before and everything
-
2 RepliesI remember when it felt like cheating to use blade dancer Now you're putting yourself at a disadvantage for using it Hell at least it was godly in PvP. It was NEVER good in PvE
-
Those skip grenades doe
-
Might be that the titan nerf might have accidentally affected hunter maybe a nerf super armor on titan note was misread and turned into a nerf super armor in general
-
The grenades are okay. Everything else feels weird.
-
4 RepliesI even did a thread about this. I feel them underwhelming and even Sunbreakers are better. The only super you can counter easily is Stormcaller, all the other ones wreck you.
-
I agree, I find the blade dancer the same as using my sword. 😕
-
Got the same problems
-
When i play as bladedancer (which is very rarely these days), i dont even bother with my super anymore as it basically pointless to try
-
-
Shocker
-
A couple days ago I had a blade dancer arc blading my direction, I thought "Shit" and emptied a mag from tlw into him only for dramatic effect... but he died. That's pretty rough. My hunter is new, and I haven't leveled up blade dancer yet... and probably won't.

Edited by Boo T Juic3: 12/24/2015 9:49:44 PMWas having this issue last night

4 RepliesBlade dancer has the highest k/d of all of the subclasses
-
7 RepliesIt's called lag. And lag is not a reason to buff a class.
