If you believe that Twilight Garrison is OP, you got problems.
I'm an owner of the Twilight garrison, and it has allowed me to win engagements that I wouldn't have without it. But that is what it is for. I can't count how many times I have been killed mid evade. It is ridiculous that the Titans who got -blam!-ed over in Year 1 with exotics finally get something incredible and people (specifically young hunters) want it nerfed. If anyone has room to complain, it's Warlocks, they have blink on one subclass and a slow jump the rest of the time.
Sunbreaker was OP.
The Last Word (Y1) was OP.
The Ram (Y1) was OP.
Thorn was OP.
Vex Mythoclast was OP.
Twilight Garrison [u][i][b]IS NOT OP[/b][/i][/u]
Sign if you agree.
Argue with me if not.
Edit: It definitely needs tweaking. That way shaders will work with it...

As a hunter that wants my titan to be it's fighter jet mount, nobody's gonna ruin Twilight Garrison before I've had it for 25 years.

Idk I've seen some pretty impressive super dodging with it, can't do that shade step and blink is even harder to use

Truthfully I haven't played Destiny in the last month (controller sorta broke, but I needed the break anyways) so I haven't had the chance to engage someone in combat who owns one soooo I can't really formulate a proper opinion on it yet. But as a player who mains a Hunter (and had a level 34 Titan year 1) it's about time they had the ability to juke outta nonsense like Warlocks and Hunters, albeit through equipment. 😕 Edit: typos

The only change in twilight garrison that I'd like to see is a slightly larger delay between dodges... you can spam them too easily, it's the same thing with shadestep

I totally agree. I don't even have a Titan anymore and I still agree that it's just a good exotic. The problem with this community is when they get killed in the crucible they cry til they get their way. #leaveweaponsalone

4 RepliesI don't know about whether it should change with the shader or not. I kind of like that there are some exotics which (as an opponent) are easy to spot and give you fair warning of what could happen (helm of st. 14 was the first one I thought that about, the Ram is another, Radiant Dance Machines, AC/DC, now Twilight Garrison too). It tells you that your opponent has some kind of trick available and you need to be aware (ie don't go into bubble, don't try to melee, opponent is super mobile, opponent has extra agility on ground or in air etc).
