1291 Hours on Destiny...as a filthy casual
I just checked and that's the hours I've put in the game. I can say that I bet I've played fewer than 4 hours as a member of any fireteam. And of course, that's why I've never done a raid in my life.
Of course, I've decided recently that it would be really great to find some people to do stuff with. I'm at the final part of the exotic sword bounty and that's not getting done solo, lol. On the other hand, I will always be proud of doing the Thorn bounty 100% solo. No scummy rumble boosting, nobody for callouts, and no one on the final mission. And for the various Nightfalls I managed to pull off alone before starting to use Recruitment recently.
I'll probably get roasted for being a scrub now, but I'm kinda proud of the things I have done as a lone wolf. Give some of us casuals a break!

that's a lot of hours to invest 'poorly' m8, am sure you enjoyed your time and lone wolfin stuff is more challenging although it's so boring, hope you find a clan because the raids are without doubt best pve part of game, also banana week with the clan is so much better than 'always' running alone, although finding 'right' clan/or group of ppl playing about same times as you is tricky, have been in a few good clans but unfort always left for one reason or other, left last one a week b4 TTK landed and like you been soloin since, though not much achieved not even attempted the NF, though tbf I kinda lost interest after insult TTK was//is ( imo) shady practices of leaving ppl behind etc, anyway after doing as much pvp as I could (not a fan) and playing strikes/patrol, court etc alone/solo for past few months it's time for me to either try harder on friends/clan part or just fade away I guess, getting fed up now being stuck in same 'spot'. guess I picked worst time to lone wolf?, I mean the taken are a pain, always splitting/multiplying and them crazy captains, think I've been killed more in last two months than the whole 12 before it lol, anyway hope you find ppl who Will still show you VoG and CE, as well as oryx, not going to be same without the shiny reward @ end but still, some good mechanics and sights/laughs to be found on em.

2 RepliesIm not knocking you..but i cant understand why you would put yourself through it all solo lol...many guns make light work..and more for the time aspect
