1 ReplyDear Journal, Today several Guardians came to me with legendary level engrams. They decoded into exotic tier items that are highly valuable and sought after. I confiscated the items and gave them some legendary tier gear instead. Currently Xur and I have a deal where people will buy "Exotic" engrams from him with strange coins, and I "Decode" them into the exotics I have confiscated. He continues to claim he works for The Nine, but due to me he has now gotten many more strange coins than he ever has before. Every once in a while I will give a guardian their earned exotic, however, so they won't begin to get suspicious. End of Entry.
