That's ridiculous..
Why change anything at all if it's going to be less than 1%.....that's just silly.

Believe it or not just 1% could mean the difference between dying in 3 seconds to dying in 4 seconds

3 to 4 seconds? The TTK in Destiny is high but it's definitely not that high lol more like 1-1.5 depending on their accuracy!
