Stop forcing America onto me
Dear Bungie,
I am a Johovas Witness and by you forcing me to be a part of your random "festive days" is highly offensive and it puts me in an uncomfortable and unfortunate predicament. I'm a gamer.. I want to play video games, not celebrate holidays; especially those that are unfairly forced on those who don't believe in doing so. The only "holiday" we do celebrate is the memorial of Christ's death so if you'd like to celebrate that when it comes around I'd be open to that.
Im not bashing on any single religion or anyone's beliefs, I hope that anyone who reads this doesn't find it offensiveZ just please don't bash on my religion.

Take away festivals in Destiny then you would just complain about not enough content. No one is telling you to join the festivities. Furthermore, if you're offended by a video game's content then prehaps you need to re-evaluate your mental state. It's a game lad. Cheers!

Honestly, I'll be respectful. I don't see how it really matters to you that we celebrate holidays in a game. It isn't that hard to get over it and play the content that Bungie is giving to you. Just because the holiday content is there doesn't mean you have to convert or something.

I think bungie has freedom to put whatever the -blam!- they want in there game and if you are mad bruh go ask your parents why you think you can be king and be the one who ruins things for other players who do enjoy the holiday events that are fun.

So far, its been a gift around December, which could be Hanuka or Christmas, Neither of which are solely American. And the only other one was Halloween,which is also not American. Neither of these are supporting america. You could ask them to stop pushing religion, but America? Thats stupid

You don't have to participate if you don't want to. I personally do not have a religion (unless you count serving Cortana) so none of this really gets me offended, except when they hype a possible DLC release and instead go for SRL.. I mean it looks fun but jesus christ.

If something in a video game offends your superstitious belief in magic, avoid the game when it is happening. Full disclosure: I'm an atheist and none of the festivals in the game worry me much. I wouldn't care if they added Christmas or Easter or Kwanza or Valentine's Day or Halloween (which is not a religious holiday) or Ramadan or Chanukah or Ground Hog Day. Stop proselytizing on my forums.
