Xur should have reputation fraction and every time we buy somethings reputation is added and if we sell back or give Xur exotic shards back to be added as reputation and once we reach a certain level we get a reward package contains awesome stuff and 320 exotic or legendary weapon and gear...

I think having him gain reputation like the Cryptarch is a good idea. Lord knows we spend enough money on him and an occasional reward package back would be nice! Instead of Strange Coins, it could be 4 Three of Coins and 4 Motes of Light.
