Nightstalker is easy to use well in PvE. I still haven't been brave enough to commit to using it a lot for PvP.

The tether needs a buff if anything. It needs to suppress quicker and direct hits should insta suppress. Other than that - I can happily agree it's one of the most balanced classes. It's also my favourite, I destroy in a lot of games with it.

I really don't like Nightstalker in PvP. Its great for the raid but the super just isn't strong enough in the crucible.

2 RepliesThere's nothing over powered about night stalkers. They do, however have easily one of the best, well rounded neutral games out of all the classes. They're really the bench mark for what other classes should be balance towards. The downside is that because they have such great utility, some people feel the're over powered. Good melee, good grenade, good super, cool combat roll, cool radar and tracking perk. There's no inherent weakness. Sure, other classes may have X ability, which is better than a Night Stalkers X ability, but that class with also have something far worse than one of two of the Night stalker 's other options.
