Who here hasn't beaten Hard mode and why!?
So let be serious who hasn't beaten hard mode yet? Don't be shy!!!
Edit1: over 500 replies let's keep it going, it's interesting to see why people haven't cleared it and bungie is already making a challenge mode for it!
Edit2: lets keep this rolling! Never thought the results would be one sided!! Also don't forget to up vote this so more people can see this thread!!!
Edit3: well we have received allot of feedback and it's amazing what the results have been so far!!! So my 2nd question and I might make it another poll but which part of the raid are you having the hardest time with?

my raid group all moved on, it's hard enough to find a competent group to do normal let alone HM. if anyone has a group that's need one, I'm on Xbox One, GT is Yo Colt

Not a fan of the random perk random damage defense levels. Ive run hard mode on all content up to now. Seems to me that the new system is another way to prolong play and grinding for that perfect roll or perfect number. Plus a mere color change to armor and weapons with lack of HM only drop are reasons for me. Plus there a lot of other games out right now.

I haven't even done the raid in weeks. I have all the exotics minus the class exclusive ones and a couple swords. And those don't drop from the raid. Raid weapons? Nothing special. Raid armor? Nope. Unless I hear of a hard mode exclusive exotic or something, I won't be wasting my time.

Here is my issue, I have no friends but I have 107 people on my PS4 list. I have my own business, no kids but I am married. I play this game twice out of the week. That's all I have time for but anyways I've completed Oryx once on hard and once on medium. I've have done a incomplete raid 5 times on hard. I am a good raid player and I know what to do and hardly die. I just get random invites often but my issue is highly likely we will fail once my raid team gets to Oryx.

My characters are 309 307 and 306...Not too many people if any groups at all will have a low light level player in their groups for hard mode...ill get there eventually

I am fine with playing normal mode I enjoy the raid and normal mode is just far more fun. The players are key when you run a hard raid especially off of off lfg you end up with bitchy elitist tryhards that are absolutely no fun what so ever. People who play normal raids are far more fun and make the raid enjoyable.

Yes, I haven't beaten hard mode. Two people in my group quit after Halo 5, and now I'm lucky if I can find enough people for the nightfall

I got bored running normal mode and not getting good enough drops, so I stopped once FO4 came out, it'll be good to come back after a month or so

Don't log Enough hours to have a dedicated raid team. Got to, and beat sisters on normal then did not play for a bit and now it's impossible to get a team of randoms willing to take on someone at 299. Or the teams that do are all screaming/rage quitting kids - so kind of gave up on raids for the time being. Prefer to play casually with a beer in hand..
