Create the most useless gun/armour perk :)
Who can come up with the most useless gun/armour perk?

Missing a shot of a pulse rifle burst fires a fourth shot. Oh yeah... Since the recoil is vertical on the guns and 99% of the shots that you miss are going to be the third shot of the burst going over the targets head, that forth round is going to be just another missed shot.
