Create the most useless gun/armour perk :)
Who can come up with the most useless gun/armour perk?

[i]Cost of Power[/i]: wearing this armor will give you and your allies (anyone in fireteam or on your team in crucible) greatly increased grenade, melee, and super recharges. And you will revive twice as fast as crest of alpha lupi. but, when wearing this armor you can only equip common armor and weapons, and your health will only regenerate if you get a super multi kill. (2-3 kills) (If your a defender than if your in your bubble you regain health)
