Sunbreakers are getting some work lmao I win !!!
Now out of all the potential nerfs a
sunbreaker can take there can only be one.
I think it should be the damage resistance.
Or the number of hammers.
Golden gun gets only three shots
Hammers for days on the sunbreaker
You can one shot snipe pretty much any super besides the Titan hammer of sol
I shot one with invective twice and meleed one yesterday and it left him at a sliver of health. He then killed me with a hammer, regen his health and kept on walking.
So I think they need at least a 10% decrease in armor while super is activated. Make them balanced since you can regen health on the repeat like nothing.
Another good idea is a cauterize cool down or timer during super only.
Ok so many opinions.
30% (Titans) - "aww cry baby ask for nerf"
40% - agreed needs some work/ balance
20% - (idiots)
10% - actually gave good feedback and other ideas.
This is actually fun. I am going to post and ask for nerfs more often.

Just started hunter, hunter is way more powerful than titan. In every spec, nerfs are for casuals. I will only pvp hunter now anyway.

No more nerfs because of PvP! PvP should have PvP-only weapons and armor that is separate from anything in the game and which cannot be used in PvE. All PvE armor and weapons and supers should be banned from PvP (only keep supers in the Mayhem playlist). That way PvE players won't have to suffer nerfs because of PvP whiners.

Biggest nerf they could do is get rid of cauterize

Replace cauterize, and put an agility buff while supered. This will make them not a walking wall coated with thorns. Or slow down cauterize health regen. Also, laggy sunbreakers are terribly hard to kill.

I regularly play all 3 classes and all three subclasses on each character! I don't have a problem whatsoever with sun breaker! They r usually fairly easy to kill! If u go up against ones that spam hammers, they r limiting their field of vision! So if u stay on their perifery (I doubt I spelled that right) they will have a hard time seeing you! If they r throwing at you, then MOVE!!!! And keep moving until he runs out of super! They have a hard time hitting moving targets!

2 RepliesThrowing this out there. Does anyone else notice that the majority of players who are against a sunbreaker titan rebalance have a titan as either their main or highest light lvl character. And their arguments for this are not that its not op. But that "well year one titans sucked so this is ok"

Who cares about the damage or hammers. Think about Titans. They're he tank class, the other two supers are immobile. HoS should get a huge mobility reduction and a slight armor reduction. Just like fist of panic, the enemies within a small vicinity should die.

2 RepliesThe issue is a total rebalance of supers, not simply sunbreakers Issues with current supers: HoS: can eat GG; lasts too long while passive (while not throwing hammers) BD: too little efficiency as a CQC super GG: is not a OHK across all guardians Nova Bomb: shatter is not correctly dividing total damage of an in shattered nova Bubble: needs more health Possible solutions: HoS: nerf passive super time. Reduce to 23 ish seconds (currently 27 sec) BD: buff armor to reduce shotgun-melee kills GG: buff damage to OHK HoS and the like Nova: reduce damage of shatter to the point that all three are required to hit a defender bubble before it collapses Bubble: buff health to the point that it will eat 3 GG shots, 5 hammers, or a nova bomb. Buff armor of light to surpass current HoS damage reduction by minor amounts (56% instead of 55%?) My 2 cents, it's not as simple as nerfing what kills you (looking at you, hunters)

I say you should be able to snipe a subframe at full health and less health regen after a kill

All that needs to be done is slight reduction in damage while super is active, and rearrange perk tree so that Forgemaster (extra hammers) and Cauterize (regen) cannot both be selected together. That's all. Anything more and PvE is effectively ruined for Sunbreakers. I'm tired of PvP whiners dictating how PvE is experienced. If only AI combatants could cry for nerfs...

10% decrease would mean 45% damage reduction as the highest armor class, while bladedancers get 50% (lowest armor class) makes no sense right?
