It would be awesome if everybody can answer these questions:
1 - What's your purpose on #feedback?
2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny?
3 - Do you play Destiny?

To poke holes in the fanboys' attempts at shilling Destiny to the uninitiated. 2. See answer 1. (Poorly thought out questions btw). 3. I don't play now due to the broken nature of raid rewards.

1 Reply1 - What's your purpose on #feedback?
To make destiny #notsuck
2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny?
I provide statistical arguments to support or negate bungie/user stuff. Sometimes I report stuff that has no place here
3 - Do you play Destiny?
Yes. I've been losing steam since the grind was cranked up to 11, I'm still searching for a reason to log in most days.
1 ReplyEdited by Slain: 11/22/2015 8:47:42 PM1 - I spend a good deal of time in existing threads, commenting on them. I post a thread once in a while, but it usually gets swiftly buried. 2 - I focus mainly on the subject of bungie's decisions, and the destiny's potential to be great. 3 - I play way too much destiny. Like too much.
1 - What's your purpose on #feedback? 2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny? 3 - Do you play Destiny?
1)My purpose on the forums is to comment in an effort to help answer other players general questions. 2) I tend to resolve or atleast give advice on matters regarding the game within my power. I also offer to help anyone who is looking for a spare player(as long as I can help and I know I'm confident in the area that they need help in). I was a Sherpa before taken king and I probably still would have been except I didn't buy taken king until mid-to-late October, and I've found other hobbies I enjoy in my free time so I don't play as much as I used to. 3) I answered this in two by mistake but oh well.

1: I don't make nonsensical posts that act as clutter and have suggested to people who post good ideas on #Destiny move a sister copy to #feedback in the hopes that it'll get more recognition. 2: Pretty much 1 3: I play Destiny occasionally on the weekends and every other time I get the chance.

1 ReplyHonestly, to stop my beloved Destiny from getting tit-pounded by bungie developers

2 Replies#1. Have some fun and discuss a wide variety of points/put some personal things out there to see who wants to change or not. #2. Simply playing, or not playing, and being on the forums. #3. Absolutely. #StillTitanMasterRaceAtTheTop

Mostly to push destiny towards a less Grindy more content heavy model and get answers from a company I used to respect for its openness of information like the old halo stats on the website. 2. Give feedback wherever I can positive and negative. Stopping misinformation and sherpaing when I can. Tried community projects like figuring out the ascension systems stat changes (ultimately pointless but whatever). I mostly as a solo player try to bridge the gap between the playing populations of the elite and casual so both viewpoints are represented here. 3. Yes but due to the vertical grind emphasis and lack of novel varied content probably not for much longer. I'm not going to just chase a light level that doesn't help me much anymore and with claims like Luke saying it's too much work to bring up all the strikes to ttk standards I have little faith destiny one will ever meet my content expectations. Yet I still try to push them to.

1 ReplyMy main purpose in the forums is to add a little humor to most things. Granted I also try and take the time to help people having serious problems by just offering a little knowledge their way. Or, to the best of my ability, provide insightful and constructive feedback to the problems in this game. None of my posts ever get a lot of bumps so I don't post as much as I reply to other threads. Yes I play Destiny. Some days it's frustrating as all -blam!- Other days it's fun and I remember why I love it so much

1 - To try to make people realize what is really happening. I would like to try to convince them to join together to force Bungie to make this a game that is fun and worthy to spend our finances on, rather than spend the finances on it because to the tactics Bungie forces upon players just to satisfy their own agenda and greed. 2 - By trying to point out, and countering, the fallacious activities of Bungie and Activision; to try to curtail flippant disrespectful people from disrupting both good and bad postings of others about their thoughts and wishes for the game or the companies that have brought it about. To try to point out the facts and fallacies that others on the forums and those of Bungie and Activision try to elicit or depict. 3 - Yes, I do, but not even a minuscule of what I used to play; simply due to the fact that they gutted so much in the last expansion, that it is almost hardly worth playing. While some try to say "well just purchase TTK and you would have all that back" I hope that they really are aware that you don't get it back, you have just contributed to a company (or companies) that are wanting to remove you from your funds without adding any real content. What I have seen from TTK, the overall "new" experience isn't even equal to the two previous DLC's, and while they tried to called this an expansion, it wasn't an expansion, but a revision that included a large diminution.

1 ReplyEdited by Fader: 11/22/2015 9:28:55 PM1 - What's your purpose on #feedback? I come here to see what people think of the game. 2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny? By being a member I guess and contributing my opinion. Some agree, some don't. It happens. 3 - Do you play Destiny? Yes

1 Reply1) To Spread the Truth so that each individual can make the best Decision available to him/her. 2) I write threads about the Choices bungivision makes and how it affects us. I Also ask the community Questions to take into deep consideration. One major one being how everyone feels about the way bungivision treats there customers/fans. 3) I play destiny but I'm into FO4 and Rise of The Tomb Raider right now. Not sure when I will play destiny again.

1 Reply1. An attempt to make suggestions that could benefit players. Keep up with changes. 2. Comment allot on subjects. Try to stay away from posting. 3. Limited now, just frustrated at various things. Came back for IB but will go back to Boston once it's over.

1 Reply1. My purpose is to provide my thoughts and support community members whom I feel have the games best interests at heart. 2. My contributions are only my thoughts. Whether or not they are meritorious is left up to the community. 3. I'm still playing and still finding enjoyment in it.

1 ReplyEdited by II Stargazer x: 11/21/2015 8:19:05 PM1- to make this game more enjoyable, easier for everyone and to not make it feel like its a mother telling a child what to do to play the game 2- by sticking to my beliefs on what I think this game needs to make it better in conjunction to answer 1 3- for the time being NO, I want to see changes that make this game better in conjunction with answers 1 and 2, only then will I return

1 ReplyEdited by Pro: 11/22/2015 8:48:03 PMLol this post is awesome. I'm looking forward to the replies... 1) I like to correct misconceptions about functions of the game, stats of guns, subclass abilities, etc. 2) I once had a post about freeing Sols during his stretch of bans.... 3) Yes I play, not nearly enough. I used to be well rounded but I'm a PvP main now. In fact I haven't set foot in TTK Raid.

2 RepliesI'd like to see this game reach its true potential, and not just become a greed driven money train. I haven't completely given up on it yet, it also helps to see other members of the community trying to improve things too. My play time has steadily decreased after TTK dropped, amazingly enough I'm playing less now than in year1 even after many of the "improvements"

Edited by --KNIGHT--: 11/22/2015 10:38:20 AMMy purpose on feedback is to make convincing arguments that people would agree to and that hopefully bungie would agree to. Yes i play destiny

4 RepliesEdited by Senor Crouch: 11/22/2015 4:48:42 AMWhat an interesting thread. 1 - What's your purpose on #feedback? I browse suggestions and leave my own take on topical feedback of whatever particular thread I am interested in. It is rare, but I have been known to start my own thread of suggestions (but they never get trendy). The most passionate you will find me in this area of the forums is when one is discussing Narrative, also known as Story. I'm big on story, not surprising though since I'm a storywrite myself. My goal is to help make Destiny better. 2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny? Fellow Guardians who are regular here more than likely have run into a post or two of mine. I frequent the #Feedback forum and the #Destiny forum and give my two cents on a subject that interests me. I apparently have a knack for eloquent writing that makes sense to people since many of my posts seem to get bumped or complimented on. I am usually friendly with fellow Guardians and can give compliments to Bungie when they do something right. However, I can become rather vicious (in a respectful way) when they do something that seems to be steps in the reverse direction. My jabs at them about the vault space issue, the 5 weeks of Crota's End weekly updates, my fictitious statistics to counter the statistics weekly update that seemed to totally ignore the heavy ammo bug glitch, and my feedback on vanilla Destiny's story to name a few examples. 3 - Do you play Destiny? Yes I do actually. I enjoy the more simple things on Destiny, like Patrol and the occasional speedrun of the Vanguard Legacy Playlist. Those random Guardians on the 360 who have played with me in my attempt to speedrun the strikes know me as the Stormcaller who solos everything, the Defender who generates the ridiculous amounts of Orbs, or the Guardian who refuses to defeat the Archon Priest with anything but a Pike.

1 to try and get the game back to a playable state. 2 I try and be civil...but usually #sarcasm works better. 3 I am not currently playing Destiny. (Too many bad experiences. I need a few months to wash the taste of carrion out of my mouth.)

12 Replies1 - my purpose is to give as much actual feedback on Destiny, from my experience, good bad or otherwise 2 - to try and help Destiny become the experience we were all expecting, through feedback 3 - I play everyday since launch

It would be awesome if everybody can answer these questions: 1 - What's your purpose on #feedback? 2 - How do you contribute to the community and/or Destiny? 3 - Do you play Destiny?
1. My purpose is to infect. To be an agent of change. To seep into the hearts and minds of every social degenerate still naive enough to waste hours plugged into the matrix. 2. I wake people up. I offer freedom. I offer truth. When you play Destiny, you aren't really playing it. Your mind tells you that you're playing it, but it's all just a figment of your imagination. You really think that's air you're breathing? 3. I don't "play" Destiny. I fight it. For we are not bound to superficial tenets of a broken doctrine such as "fate." I stand proudly as a beacon of hope to all who would be subjected to the tyranny of the evil corporation known as Bungievision. My aim is as pure as their hearts black: To free you all from their sinister illusion that has wrapped its wretched claws upon your very souls. I am the face of the revolution. Carpe Diem

1 Reply1- To add my voice regarding aspects of the game and more importantly, the repulsive business model, to those who put a great deal of time and effort into properly explaining why the whole thing deserves to fail. 2- Contribute is a strong word. I interact with the community. Listen to conflicting opinions and provide honest and reasoned arguments where necessary. If that counts as contributing, then that's that. 3- Not since the whole £40 = $62 bullshit. I haven't stictly speaking, quit. I just have no interest in supporting a company that wants to discriminate against me because reasons, or lack there of. I'll buy their products again when they start treating their consumers with respect.

Edited by GMRcris: 11/23/2015 5:40:35 AM1. I'm here to give Bungie real feedback on issues with the game. My main focus is PvP, I do partake in all PvE content but my main love and passion is PvP as I've been a avid competitive gamer for a while. 2. I'd love to contribute more, I have a YouTube channel, which I'm not remotely active on but I'd like to be lol. I do raid and run trials and I do carry/help a lot of people in both PvE and PvP. 3. Yes I still play destiny. I do play black ops 3 and Star Wars battlefront. (PS4) but I pretty much log into destiny every day at some point.
