Not really, I like the look of a female character hence why I created mines. If you're that way inclined and you prefer the male form there's absolutely nothing wrong with that either. [i]nobody is judging here[/i]

If somebody hits on a girl character because you think it's a [i]real[/i] girl, they need a damn life. Nobody wants to get hit on, they are just trying to play the game, not make a love connection. Besides, you should always assume it's a dude on the other side, unless you [i]know[/i] otherwise.

If I saw a female character and thought "oh yeah, a chance to meet a girlfriend!!", this might be an issue. I assume all players are male and am pleasantly surprised on the rare occasions I discover that is not the case. I say "pleasantly surprised" because teams with female players usually involve more joking and politeness. The three female players I have met in Destiny all-time were playing with their husbands (two) or male friend (one). I do not see it as a flirting opportunity.
