4 RepliesYou only need to read my username to get my opinion. I had more fun in the 2 hours I played battlefront, than I did with my entire Black ops 3 experience....... ( to be fair haven't tried out the campaign mode yet) I mean, if you like running around like a headless chicken dying every 30 seconds and then getting caught in an endless spawn trap. You might want to consider black ops 3

Yeah I miss galactic conquest and faction story/historic battle mode. Also miss the clone wars timeline from the series. But it's a great start for this series. It looks and sounds amazing. Even the battles play out a lot like the movies because of the way the weapons were done. Still got a lot of problems like nade spam and lack of variety in primaries. Honestly I'd like to see it move closer to battlefield. Allows snipers as primaries and no star cards. Same with the homing shot or whatever it's called, but nerf the tracking and give it a decent reload time so it's a clear all or nothing or make it more like the CIS droid lock on pistol from 2 where it has weak lock on but multiple shots and slow projectile speed. If not then should probably see some kind of nerf. Then they need to put in vaulting so nonrocket packs can actually navigate the map. And limit off areas so the rocket packs can't get to exclusive areas, and instead only get to areas faster. But even with all the balance issues if have to say I like it a ton more than destiny pvp. But overall I've enjoyed this game more than any game since destiny week 1. I've very excited to see what the DLC will be.

I find it amusing how people complain about the lack of a campaign/story, when Destiny lacks the same - at least judged by what people play - Trials, IB, PvP and well yeah the raids.

I'll admit, the graphics are spectacular, but the substance isn't there for more than 6 months... I'll redbox for a while and/or wait until it's less.

4 RepliesBattlefront is awesome. A campaign would have been too annoying to understand with all the bullshit "cannon" Star Wars timelines, so who needs it? The gameplay is fresh. It's an entirely different shooting experience when compared to Destiny, CoD, or Battlefield. The game focuses more on strategy and positioning, as opposed to shooting mechanics. The only change I'd like to see is a matchmaking system for the Mission side of the gameplay. (Unless I missed it?)

If you love Star Wars and like playing at your own pace then get it. That's the biggest thing that annoys me about destiny Y2 if you try to take time off you feel like you're missing out on something.

Love it!! Endor forest is absolutely an amazing level. Dice nailed the feeling of star wars epic battles. Very fun game! Must buy!

Not sure about this one. Seems like limited content. Also... $70 for the deluxe version. $50 for the expansion pack. $120 for everything (Ultimate Edition) No campaign mode either.
