This holiday Destiny will take a huge hit
With all the games going on sale Black Friday and over the holidays I don't think anyone is excited for Destiny compared to all the new games out. I think a huge amount of the players will shrink come this December unless Bungie can release news of another big update.

There's nothing wrong with being excited for new games. Playing another game doesn't mean Destiny "took a hit" or died. Also, thanks for posting another post like this. It's not like we haven't had 1,000 per day for the last year or anything.

11 RepliesUhh No....First Of All Mad People Are Gonna Buy Destiny TTK Edition or Regular And Alot Of People Are Gonna Buy BO3, Fallout which sucks btw, And Battlefront which the deluxe version which is $70 will be like $40 but Over All I Believe That of all new games (which are: Fallout, BO3, Battlefront, Destiny:TTK) Black Ops 3 will be first, then fallout, battlefront, then destiny because new games are new games people wanna play whats new

How do you know the holidays won't be a boon to Destiny? Tons of people have never played the game and will get TTK as a Christmas gift.

Well, it's not really a year Bungie should expect Destiny sales to take an upswing really. The game, as it stands, isn't new. In fact it's over a year old now and even if a large update should come out it's only building on an old game.

2 RepliesBlack Friday seem to be only a psycological event now. You can get savings anytime during the year w/ e-Commerce. Plus (as some already pointed out), newer games probably will not get discounted. I do see a lot of folks, like me, loosing interest in Destiny. Most of the folks I play with have moved to Call of Duty for example. I keep playing Destiny but in very small doses now. Take care!
