So I would honestly like some 16+ year olds with experience to tell me what I should do to get this Six-Pack going. First off, I know I should get started with my diet. I eat/drink too much sugary stuff. Like Mountain-Dews or Monsters, but I've been trying to tone that down a little (going to have to fully stop right?). Anyway, I am quite healthy to say the least, but what should I eat for breakfast? I usually go with a cereal like Captain Crunch or sometimes even a chocolate muffin (I KNOW!). And lastly, I don't do too much Sport, like hardly any. I might have to start running, but for how long and how far per week? Also what sorts of exercises should I do (I know I'm clueless). Anyways thanks in advance and I'd like you to remember I'm only 14. Have a nice day.

Go to the refrigerator. Open one beer. Drink it repeat 6 times.... be confident without looking like a roid muncher. Fitness isnt sculpted muscles. Fitness comes from mental flexibility and excersise, not wrecking young muscles to compete with the beefcake next to you...... excersise that hard, that young and you will be a lazy fat retard by the time you are 20... excersise man, but dont "work out"...

Best exercise is to talk to yourself in the mirror. Pump yourself up, feel the adrenaline and learn to control it(this part is crucial because it can make you feel more confident). When you feel you have control, tell the homeless man to keep the change, if he feels threatened, he won't rob you.

Here is basic guide. First six packs start in the kitchen meaning eating clean. Second sit ups,planks,other core exercise. (I've never had a six pack.) But I do know nutrition intake.

Start carrying a bottle of water with you at all times. You should feel naked with out it. I carried a smartwater bottle for two years, it doesn't have to be special. If your school has a track that your teams dont use after school, hit a few laps after class, half an hour is plenty (if you have a large campus, run the grounds, thats all my cross country group had in school), and rest on the weekends (farther down the road this can be time for longer runs). That alone will get your body fat to a reasonable level, considering i dont know where youre starting from. From there, there are plenty of body wieght excercises you can do at home or literally on the couch, get a set of excercises that you like, upper and lower body at least, and alternate days, giving yourself a rest day. A six pack comes with full body health, and the noodles that have to take off their shirts to show off their crack-pack are not getting any attention, trust me. The six pack is the cherry on top of your self discipline. Good on you to start early, but you are still underdeveloped, so dont hurt yourself. Try to avoid extreme streches and exertion, your joints are still soft.
