You can't kill a gorgon.
I was doing vault of glass for No Time To Explain and some kid in the group from lfg chimes in and asks if we could kill a gorgon. I said no its literally impossible. At that point, we got into an argument about whether it was possible or not. Eventually the team just broke up because we had been arguing for 30 minutes. To beat it all, I still haven't killed Atheon. I'd really like to kill him for no time to explain and a chance at fatebringer. Also, a side question: since I'm getting NTTE, will that use up my chance of an exotic so I could actually get fatebringer?
Edit: if you came to watch the world burn, I'm serving popcorn and drinks in the back.
Thatjamesguy88 says the popcorn isn't salty enough. Can you guys add some more? Thanks

I recently did VoG with two friends We were two titans and a hunter and we found out that with Solar Sword gorgons can be killed so easily it's funny Not even 3 gjallarhorns would do that back in the day

You can kill them. Everybody needs to hammer it at once with their heavies. You even get a Grimoire card for doing it.

Only way to kill a gorgon is with that exotic Fatebringer you get as an Atheon drop.
