I can't believe it!!1! You realize this is literally JUST COSMETICS and doesn't effect gameplay at all???
And this is NOT going to get us any more DLC's, it's just going to encourage bungie and activison to do more $$$$ grubbing crap just like this worthless waste of an event!!!!!!!!11!!1!!

The fact that most if not all of us go out every year and buy a bunch of cosmetic crap and decorate our houses for Halloween (I could extend this to other holidays obviously). So what's so different about this? People want to decorate their destiny characters and they're willing to spend money to do it. It's none of your business. You don't go up to people in stores and start ranting at them about how they shouldn't spend their money on decorations do you? I should add I get that this is mostly a joke but I've seen a lot of these threads since yesterday and wanted to express my opinion.

2 RepliesWhy is it bothering you that people are spending their money? Aside from the fact that y'know, it's their money, not yours, they are helping fund the next wave of DLC for the rest of us? If people have enough money to throw away on cosmetics they want for games they enjoy, ffs let them. It doesn't harm you one bit. And fyi, I haven't bought any cosmetics yet. Tho I'm thinking about the Thriller dance one ;-)

1 ReplyI bought an Xbox to play halo and turns out the story in it is worst than destiny. You think the destiny story was short when it came out? Go play halo and it'll fell like destiny was a Harry potter book (sorry if misspelled) I spent 40$ on destiny silver and got more out of it than buying a brick to play a game I had high hopes for.
