Normal Cabal are sluggish, but Psions are brutally intelligent. The Flayers are at about the same intellectual level as Rasputin, who outsmarted Fallen, Hive, and Vex

Maybe we aren't so smart either ;) Edit: BTW my "not so smart" comment was directed at the flayers being intelligent and yet they are enslaved to the cabal and haven't overthrown them yet.

Maby cuz flayers still are scarred of something or they have a queen that needs to be saved if we ever want to save them from the empire but i do not really think they are blackmailed and wouldn't it look a lot like star wars i just mean... unlimited power the empire come on if there is gonna come a new dlc then warlocks are gonna shine
